歡迎您使用 Zenith Magic（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）旨在規範您（以下簡稱「使用者」或「您」）與本應用程式開發團隊之間的權利與義務。當您下載、安裝、註冊或開始使用本應用程式時，即視為您已閱讀、理解並同意接受本條款之所有內容。

1. 帳戶註冊與安全

4. 免責聲明與服務變更
- 現狀提供：本應用程式係依「現狀（As Is）」及「現有（As Available）」的基礎提供服務。我們不保證服務絕對不會中斷、及時、安全或無錯誤。
- 服務變更：為了優化使用者體驗，我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本應用程式部分或全部服務的權利，且不另行通知。
- 損害賠償限制：在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用本應用程式而導致的任何直接、間接、偶發或衍生性損失負責。

Scope: Zenith Magic (The App) and related services
Welcome to Zenith Magic (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the developer team of the App. By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the contents of these Terms.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the App immediately and uninstall it.
1. Account Registration and Security
- Accuracy of Information: When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as your name and email address). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Custody: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request account deletion at any time through the in-app settings. Once deleted, all associated historical data will be permanently and irreversibly purged.
2. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
When using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or damaging activities that infringe upon the rights of others.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, bypass the security systems, or reverse engineer, decompile any part of the App.
- Exploiting any system vulnerabilities or transmitting any malicious software, malware, or viruses through the App.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to texts, logos, interface designs, graphics, source codes, and software, are owned by the developer team or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any contents for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers and Service Modifications
- "As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free.
- Service Modifications: To optimize user experience, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the App's services at any time without prior notice.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
